Why I Build
Three moments, in order, that explain what I chase.
- Age 13
The Spark
I was 13 when I wrote my first line of QBasic. But what hooked me wasn't the code itself. It was showing it to my friend and watching their face change. They said, 'Wait, you built that?' That gap between 'just code' and 'something someone cares about' became the thing I chase.
- First real project
The Moment It Clicked
My first real project was GoodWill, a platform for connecting NGO donors with volunteers. The tech was messy. MERN stack, barely held together. But three actual organizations started using it. I realized that a shipped imperfect product teaches you more than a polished tutorial project ever could. That lesson shaped how I build everything since.

What I’m Building Toward
I joined WeAssist.io because I saw the same gap I noticed at 13: the distance between ‘just another SaaS’ and something people actually depend on. The bet is simple. Staffing agencies, the businesses they place talent with, and the workers themselves should share one system of record, with AI doing the operational grunt work like payroll, compliance, and scheduling so humans can focus on the work that needs judgment. I laid the foundation as founding engineer, now lead the team that ships it, and it’s the hardest thing I’ve done.

WorkStackOS is a multi-tenant workforce-management platform built by WeAssist.io for the staffing industry. It connects the agencies that recruit and place workers, the client businesses that hire them, and the team members who do the work on one shared system of record covering recruiting, hiring, onboarding, time tracking, payroll, and payouts.
How does WorkStackOS work?
Each actor gets its own Next.js app on its own subdomain: Agency, Client, Team Member, Careers, and Super-Admin. The five apps never call each other. They are front-ends over one Supabase Postgres schema, and Row-Level Security in the database is the integration layer, so a worker the agency creates is the same row the client reviews and the worker sees. AI agents read live data through the same permission-scoped client as the user and propose actions that a human confirms.
