Founding engineer and dev team lead of WorkStackOS, a multi-tenant SaaS that gives staffing agencies, the businesses they place talent with, and the workers themselves one shared system of record: from recruiting and hiring through time tracking, payroll, and cross-border payouts. I laid the platform foundation (five Next.js apps over one Supabase Postgres with Row-Level Security), built the public Careers app end to end, own the finance module, led the move of production onto AWS Fargate, and set the conventions a distributed team builds by.
